Log phone calls to iCal (No Category)

Automatically logs incoming and outgoing calls to an iCal calendar.

Edit the script to set these customization options:
• the name of the iCal calendar to log calls into (by default they are logged to a "Call Log" calendar);
• the names of Address Book groups whose membership is either required or forbidden to select which calls to log (by default calls to or from members of a "No call logs" group will not be logged); and
• whether to log missed and unanswered calls (by default they are not logged).
