hfs_fs_pre-0.7-9 now available

Version pre-0.7-9 of my HFS module for Linux is now available from
http://www-sccm.stanford.edu/~hargrove/HFS/

This is just the pre-0.7-7 plus the fix that was posted with the
pre-0.7-7 announcement and some documentation improvements.

There have been no new bugs reported and I have done some pretty
brutal testing (I managed to make my hardrive over heat!).

If things go well then the official 0.7 release should come by week's end.
