The Listener's purpose is to receive incoming network connections and relay
them to the appropriate objects. Presently, the only supported network
connection is one to the telnet_port given in the LPMOO
configuration file.
Because this object's functionality is fairly limited, it may be merged with the Driver Interface object in a future version of LPMOO.
