Hello, 

I started to use MAD today and I'm not fammilliar with it up to know. 
I create a simple project (on VC++ 6.0) and add to it MAD source and header
files , BUT when I compille it - there appear message "Cannot open file
map.h". There are one file map.h, but it contain strange information:
