[mad-user] hd audio

Hi,
I am currently using madplay functions to play MP3 voice messages in our
product that runs on a PC motherboard.  This is in an RTOS embedded
environment not windows.  Recently the motherboards have a high
definition audio chip on them instead of the ac97.  Is there support for
this?  What are my options?  Currently the initialization is returning
the device not found error.
